2. Hosting and website delivery
This website is provided through Cloudflare Workers and the content delivery network of Cloudflare, Inc. Technically necessary connection data are processed to deliver the website securely and reliably.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, high-performance website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area on the basis of appropriate safeguards.
3. Direct contact
When you contact us by telephone or email, we process the information you provide to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps taken before entering into a contract, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries.
4. Contact form
The form processes client type, name, optional company, email, optional phone number, service area, project location, message, language and privacy confirmation. Data are not stored in a website database; they are transmitted by email.
For technical email delivery we use Brevo. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are generally deleted within twelve months unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
5. Protection against automated submissions
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in website security under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. Cookies and analytics
We do not use analytics, marketing or social-media cookies and do not carry out audience measurement. Technically necessary security mechanisms may process temporary data in the browser.
7. External links
Map and Facebook content is not embedded. The external provider’s privacy terms apply only after you open its link.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
